All Hank Player tees are made using a special processing. Each t-shirt is vintage washed and will have a comfy weathered and worn-in feel with slight variations in color and graphic, for a one-of-a-kind look.

All Hank Player garments are made with the finest quality ringspun, 100% supima cotton. Please wash your Hank Player tee before wearing it for the first time. Afterwards, they can be machine washed with like colors and tumble dried low. A cool iron can be used if needed, but please do not place the iron directly on the printed graphic.
Hank Player salutes the men and women of NASA, America's space agency and their mission to pioneer the future in space exploration, scientific discovery and aeronautics research. Yes! We currently ship to the following countries in addition to the United States and Canada: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and China.
Per our shipping policy, all orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained from authorize.net.
Your Hank Player order will usually ship within five (5) to ten (10) business days after you receive an email order confirmation. This does not include the time for package transit.
We ship all orders via the US Postal Service. Orders are usually delivered in two (2) to four (4) days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected ship date. Each t-shirt will be polybagged when shipped to protect it in transit. We will gladly ship gift orders to a third party.
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more for a limited time. Offer does not apply to previous purchases or for international shipments. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout, no promo code needed. Please note, Hank Player charges sales tax for orders shipped to California addresses only.
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with us, please contact us by emailing email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We will gladly accept a return for the following reasons:
• Incorrect Size
• Wrong Item Shipped
• Defective/Damaged Item
Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned by US Postal Service or UPS within 30 days of original purchase date.
To return an item, please contact us first by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization Form which must be included with your return.
Please clearly write the order number on the outside of the box and send it to the following address:

All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Please include the Return Authorization Form in your shipment. Returns cannot be processed without this information. If possible, please use the box the item was originally shipped in. Insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. A refund for shipping costs may not be granted. Please note that returns may take up to 2 weeks to process once the merchandise has been received.
If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 15 days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
We do not refund shipping costs on returns or exchanges, unless there was an error on our behalf. Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.
