Where is Hank Player made?

Our design studio is located in sunny Los Angeles, California and all Hank Player tees are proudly made in the USA.

What makes Hank Player special?

Made of the finest quality materials, Hank Player is made using an eco-friendly washing/finishing process and will have a comfy weathered feel. Slight variations in color and graphics create our vintage one-of-a-kind look. Using premium fabrics like combed, ring-spun cotton and triblend fabrications, our tees and fleece have a super soft, worn-in feel.

We use water-based inks to print our graphics. Due to the eco-friendly nature of the inks we use there might be a slight odor that will dissipate after the first wash. The graphic will fade slightly after the first wash, giving an even more vintage look to your garment. This is a feature and not a bug!

Please note the distressing on our graphics is intentional and a part of the signature Hank Player look.

How often is new stuff added to the site?

We add new styles and graphics to our site all the time, so please check back often. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Send us a suggestion for a new design or type of garment you would like to see our designs on and we may add it to the line.

How is Hank Player sized?

How do I care for Hank Player garments?

Please wash your Hank Player gear before wearing it for the first time. Afterward, you can machine wash our tees and fleece with like colors and tumble dry low. A cool iron can be used if needed, but please do not place the iron directly on the printed graphic.

What is the Hank Player NASA Collection?

Hank Player salutes the men and women of NASA, America’s space agency and their mission to pioneer the future in space exploration, scientific discovery and aeronautics research with our vintage-inspired NASA Collection. Fully approved by NASA, our vintage-inspired NASA Collection of graphic t-shirts, fleece, and accessories feature classic NASA logos and insignias — including the always stylish NASA Meatball logo and the retro NASA Worm logo (used from 1975 to 1992).

What is the Hank Player Smokey Bear & Woodsy Owl Collection?

Inspired by our love of nature, Hank Player teamed up with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, the National Association of State Foresters and the Ad Council to bring Smokey Bear and Woodsy Owl to a whole new audience with our officially licensed collection. Our vintage-inspired line of graphic t-shirts, fleece, and accessories feature exclusive Smokey Bear and Woodsy Owl logos for nature lovers of all ages. A portion of sales from our Smokey Bear and Woodsy Owl products will go to caring for our lands.

What is the Hank Player USDA Forest Service Collection?

We teamed up with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service to design a unique USDA Forest Service shield insignia incorporating the slogan “Caring For The Land” as part of our USDA Forest Service Collection. Proudly made in the USA and officially licensed, our line of graphic t-shirts, fleece, and accessories feature our exclusive vintage-inspired USDA Forest Service insignia. In addition to the USDA Forest Service insignia, our collection includes retro National Forest and CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) logos. A portion of sales from our officially licensed USDA Forest Service products will go to caring for our lands.

What types of payment does Hank Player accept?

Hank Player currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo. We also accept payments through PayPal checkout.

When will my credit card be charged?

Per our policy, all orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained from authorize.net or PayPal. Your credit card will be charged immediately and your Hank Player order will ship within five (5) to ten (10) business days after you receive your email order confirmation as each garment is made to order. This does not include the time for package transit. If you need you need your order sooner or for a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders via the US Postal Service. Orders are usually delivered in two (2) to four (4) days after shipment. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected ship date. We may ship items in stock and ship back orders separately. Each item will be polybagged when shipped to protect it in transit. We will gladly ship gift orders to a third party and include a message upon request.

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more for a limited time. Offer does not apply to previous purchases or for international shipments. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout, no promo code needed. Please note, Hank Player charges sales tax for orders shipped to California addresses only.

Does Hank Player accept international orders?

Yes! We currently ship to the following countries in addition to the United States and Canada: United Kingdom, Europe, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and China. If you need us to ship to a country we don’t normally ship to, just contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How can I cancel an order?

If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with us, please call 818.856.6079 or email us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. Any orders over $100 must be canceled within 48 hours.

How can I make a return?

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.

All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. We will accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:

• Incorrect Size
• Wrong Item Shipped
• Defective/Damaged Item

Please note that if you received a defective item or would like to return or exchange an item, you must notify us within 48 hours of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we can not authorize your return/exchange.

To return an item, please contact us first by emailing contactus@hankplayer.com to request an RA (Return Authorization) number which must be included with your return. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.

Returns cannot be processed without this information. If possible, please use the box/envelope the item was originally shipped in (to avoid waste) and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box/envelope and return it to the following address:

Merchandise may be returned by US Postal Service or UPS within 30 days of original purchase date. We strongly recommend that you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment for proof of your return. We are not responsible for items lost during transit. We do not refund shipping costs unless there was an error on our end or the item was damaged.

Please note that returns may take up to 2 weeks to process once the merchandise has been received in our warehouse. Refunds are processed upon inspection of the returned item.

Please note that there will be a restocking fee for orders of 3 or more pieces/items. We do not allow returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise or custom orders.

Can I place a custom order?

If you would like to order any of our existing graphics on a different color shirt or a different style, please feel free to contact us. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, but please note this may add to the processing time.

We can do fully custom orders with brand new artwork/graphics, but please note the following:

• Payment for custom orders must be made in full prior to production. After work has begun on your order, there are no cancellations allowed.
• Since custom orders are made to customer specifications and artwork/graphics and can not be resold by us, there are absolutely no returns or refunds on custom orders.
• Due to productions lead times, stock availability of items and time to finalize/approve the artwork, custom orders may take from 2-5 weeks from the time payment is made to delivery.
• There is a 12 piece minimum and additional charges for camera-ready art, screens, and specialty inks may be added to your order.

Can I place a wholesale order?

If you’re interested in carrying Hank Player products in your store or boutique, please contact us and our team will get back to you.

Please note that we will need to get a Hank Player/Parental Unit Inc. Credit Authorization Form faxed or emailed to us before we can add you as a wholesale customer. To get a copy, please contact us.

Please note the following about wholesale orders:

• Payment for wholesale orders must be made in full prior to production. After work has begun on your order, there are no cancellations allowed.
• Any return requests on wholesale orders must be made 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee.
• Due to productions lead times and stock availability of items, wholesale orders may take from 2-5 weeks from the time payment is made to delivery.
• Additional shipping charges may be added to your order.
• All wholesale accounts based in California must either provide a California Resale Certificate or pay sales tax on their order.

Parental Unit, Inc. (Hank Player) is concerned about the privacy and safety of children when they use the Internet. We will never knowingly request personally identifiable information online from anyone under the age of 13. Our websites are general audience sites and are not targeted to or intended for use by children.
