Per our policy, all orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Due to the handcrafted nature of Hank Player products, your order will typically ship within five (5) to ten (10) business days after you receive your email order confirmation as each garment is made to order. This does not include the time for package transit.

• Standard US shipping: Up to 5 business days.
• International shipping: Up to 14 business days.

We ship all US orders via the US Postal Service. Please note that with USPS slowdowns and delays, transit time may vary and may be delayed. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected ship date. Additionally, we may ship items in stock and backorders separately. Each item will be polybagged when shipped to protect it in transit. We will gladly ship gift orders to a third party and include a message upon request.

We currently offer free shipping on all US orders totaling $99 or more for a limited time. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once the price threshold is met, so no promo code is needed.

In addition to the United States, Canada, and Mexico, we also offer international shipping via USPS International and DHL. Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders, and shipping rates may vary depending on your region.
